Slow going

Today was my first weld job. I fixed Master Feral's helmet. Experience lesson number 1. Welding and open toed sandals do not mix. Mostly welding is grinding, which isn't welding. Once you get a bead down, you grind off the excess. It's that shower of sparks that rain down and set fire to the hair on my little hobbit feet.

The floor pan on the passenger side of Gen is out. I have to lift the body off the chassy for the last bit. For me this is scary work and I don't have much time to play with it as we approach 4th of July. Still have the rest of the deck to clean.

Ugh, it never ends.
